Our Framework

Presence

We train providers to anchor themselves in the present moment so they can lead clients with clarity, steadiness, and embodied attention.

Regulation

Our framework equips healthcare professionals with nervous-system tools they can use to stabilize themselves and support clients through stress, cravings, and emotional intensity.

Awareness

We teach practitioners how to deliver mindfulness in ways that are culturally responsive, clinically appropriate, and safe for diverse trauma histories.

Integration

We prepare providers to confidently teach meditation and mindfulness in treatment settings—and to train their teams to deliver these practices with consistency and skill.
